Our Team

We are a parent initiative that started off with the objective of bringing a German Language Programs to New York City. The first German Language Program started with Kindergarteners in 2017. Home of this program is P.S. 18 – Edward Bush in Williamsburg (Brooklyn, NY).

Like Brooklyn, our families represent a wide range of ethnicities, professions, and interests.  We have entrepreneurs, top managers, artists and students among our parents. We are children of immigrants or came here to study, some fell in love and stayed. Oftentimes the family language is English but not any of the parents’ mother tongue. Some need financial aid and others come from religious backgrounds that are not frequently presented in New York City.
